A Personalized Path to Lasting Transformation
At Catch A Lift, every Veteran begins a personalized wellness journey designed for lasting transformation—one as unique as their own story. This journey is powerful because we meet each Veteran exactly where they are.
Members progress step by step through a structured path rooted in accountability, consistency, and unwavering support. Success does not happen automatically—it is built through dedication, engagement, and growth. As Veterans gain strength, rediscover purpose, and reconnect with the community, they graduate into new phases that deepen wellness and expand their impact, both within themselves and beyond.
Wellness Group Phase 1
Every journey begins with the Wellness Group, where a strong foundation is laid.
In this first stage, each Veteran is matched one-on-one with a CAL Veteran Coach to identify personal goals, establish structure, and build habits that lead to meaningful change. Grounded in behavior change science, this stage emphasizes small, intentional shifts that foster consistency, confidence, and daily structure.
Weekly check-ins and progress reporting create accountability while building lasting habits. Members also gain access to CAL’s personalized wellness dashboard, live monthly webinars, our proprietary online educational library, and a secure platform for community connection—all laying the groundwork for long-term success.
Mission Ready Group Phase 2
The next phase builds on this foundation, combining continued support with movement, mentorship, and resources that drive real, measurable change.
After completing the Wellness Group, Veterans enter a year-long program of enhanced coaching and support. At this stage, they may choose personalized in-home fitness equipment (theirs to keep) or a nationwide membership at any fitness facility.
Mission Ready expands the experience with peer group calls, deeper accountability, and access to a robust virtual library covering fitness, nutrition, emotional wellness, and community. Movement remains a cornerstone, requiring 180 minutes of physical activity per week, backed by research linking fitness to improved mental health. Veterans with sustained engagement may stay in this phase for up to two years. This is where lasting change takes root—for the Veteran, their family, their community, and their sense of dignity and purpose.
Pounds are shed, medications reduced, sleep improved, energy restored, and overall emotional well-being strengthened. Accountability is a central part of this phase. Change only happens when it is consistently reinforced, and CAL ensures that Veterans remain committed through required check-ins, community support, and measurable progress tracking. This structure maintains results and strengthens resilience, reduces isolation, and fosters leadership within the CAL community.
